We are looking for multiple Technology Consultants, ranging from Junior to Senior level.



What you do

Every day is different. You can work from home, or you can work at our office and if possible you visit clients at their offices. You will be part of a small yet growing Operations team within a scale-up company. We are entrepreneurial with a growth mindset. With drive and ambition, you will have the room to grow and develop with the company. As a Consultant at CloudBilling, for example, you will be working on:

  • Analyzing and improving our customer’s billing processes using our own solutions.
  • Implementing the CloudBilling software.
  • Implementing the CloudBilling software and managing implementation projects at leading
    national and international clients such ANS Group, Wolters Kluwer, and Accenture.
  • Work together with our product team to develop new solutions, such as Business Intelligence, AI models and predictive insights.
  • Working out solutions for complex billing problems and supporting our customers in their use of our solutions.
  • Training existing and new customers in the use of our solutions.
  • Assist other colleagues and departments to help develop the company.
  • The opportunity to define your own growth path by specialising or broadening your knowledge.

The Technology Consultant at CloudBilling gets the opportunity to specialize in one or multiple areas of expertise. You will have the option to dive into our business intelligence solutions, our cloud reconciliation services, (international) project management, or improving our customer experience by optimizing our user training and documentation. Job requirements

What do we expect of you to take on the role of consultant?

  • A completed university Master’s degree, preferably in the area of business informatics, business administration, or data science.
  • 0-8 years work experience.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Demonstrable affinity with IT.
  • Razor-sharp analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with financial or invoicing systems is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud services (Microsoft, AWS, Google, et cetera) is a plus.
  • Affinity with basic coding in C#, HTML, and CSS will get you up to speed quickly.
